The greatest impact to date has been for HammondCare Darlinghurst. Andrew’s Social Enterprise model for recruitment has now generated close to $140,000.00 in donations for this project to build an aged care facility to cater for Sydney’s aging homeless population. We also saved the client well inexcess of $200,000.00 in recruitment fees!

Andrew’s team has worked with commercial and NFP sector clients to recruit high calibre, highly engaged candidates, reducing their recruitment cost and generating donations for The Australian Red Cross, YFoundations, LightFM, Amaze, Yfoundations, Pathfinders, Australian Regional and Remote Community Services and AAPS.

For the Commercial sector, Andrew’s Social Enterprise model of recruitment reduces cost and provides a new means of marketing. As donations are paid to NFPs nominated by the client, it provides great opportunity to generate positive messages across the community as the NFP thanks the client for generating the donation. This provides a new way of generating trust, building community goodwill and enhancing social licence to operate.Vote for Andrew McGarry in the 2018 Pro Bono Impact 25 Awards.

For the NFP sector, Andrew’s Social Enterprise model of recruitment provides a new means of generating funding via corporate supporters and other commercial organisations.

When Recruit for Good recruits for the NFP Sector, the donation is paid back to the NFP. This way, the NFP is able to recruit high calibre staff, whilst reducing cost and being recipient of the donation generated.

A win win for all!

Andrew’s Social Enterprise model of recruitment is already having a huge (and growing) impact across the community. If this model was applied across all agency recruitment in Australia, it has the potential to generate up to $2 billion a year in donations for the NFP Sector! It would also save business in excess of $2 billion a year in recruitment fees! Imagine the impact!
