We provide recruitment and labour hire services to businesses operating in Australia. We specialise in the provision of recruitment services for the Technology, Finance, Health Services, Aged Care and Not for Profit sectors. Over and above compliance with legislative requirements, we are committed to respecting human rights and fair labour practices and we recognise the key responsibility we have within the supply chain of providing skilled labour and professionals, to ensure that all individuals sourced, procured or engaged are treated fairly and ethically. Our standard practices are designed to protect Human Rights throughout the recruitment, selection and placement cycle.

We believe that forced labour has no place in our operations or supply chains and that business and governments need to work together to make progress on this complex issue.

Recruit for Good does not tolerate slavery, human trafficking, forced or child labour or child exploitation of any kind.

Accordingly, we commit to assessing and monitoring the risks of modern slavery in our business and through our own supply chain and taking action to eliminate such practices through:

    1. Adopting a risk management approach, both internally, and with our suppliers to identify high risk areas where modern slavery could be present and evaluate and monitor these risks.

    2. Utilising local suppliers of products and services wherever possible.

    3. Raising awareness of modern slavery through engagement.

    4. Clearly communicating our expectations.

    5. Knowing our suppliers, our customers, and their business practices.

    6. Providing timely and accurate information on supply practices along with any actions being undertaken to eliminate modern slavery.

    7. Recognising our ability to influence change.
