We want to share with you our rationale behind our change in name.
Rebranding & New Logo
At first glance, the name “innovate360” does not convey the concepts behind our business, the way it helps business, the support we provide to the community, or our ethical approach to business. We wanted to make it easier for people to instantly understand our business, the services we provide and our ethical approach. We believe the name Recruit for Good makes it clear from the outset that we provide recruitment services in a way that is good. We operate via a social enterprise business model, donating 20% of all recruitment fees to a charity of our clients choosing.
The Recruit for Good social enterprise business model has been certified by Social Traders.
Recruit for Good has also attained B Corp Certification as a result of our business ethics and the positive impact our business has across the community.

Has anything else changed?
All recruitment services provided as innovate360 will now be provided under our new name of Recruit for Good.
Clients will still receive exceptional service as they recruit high calibre, highly engaged staff with Recruit for Good.
Charities will continue to benefit by receiving a donation of 20% of all recruitment fees generated.
Clients will continue to receive credit for generating donations for their nominated charity via the Recruit for Good service, which assists in generating positive publicity, which is great for business growth, attracting talent, staff retention and staff well-being.
Candidates will still receive exceptional service on their recruitment journey.
Other than a change in name, and a new Website, everything else remains the same.
