About HammondCare Darlinghurst

The Darlinghurst project has been established by HammondCare, an independent Christian charity, to build an aged care home to cater for the needs of inner Sydney’s growing aged homeless population. There are approximately 800 people who make up this cohort, who are either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, and many of whom have very complex health care requirements. The commissioning of this facility will make a huge difference in the lives of many. To learn more about HammondCare Darlinghurst visit https://www.hammond.com.au/donate/darlinghurst
