As a Social Enterprise, we think it’s pretty cool to donate one fifth of all recruitment fees to charity. So do our clients. They also think it’s pretty cool that we charge less, provide high calibre, highly engaged candidates and a new way of generating positive PR and business growth. Candidates think it’s pretty cool when they learn that getting a job will generate a large donation to charity. The charities also think it’s pretty cool as they now have access to a new and sustainable means of fundraising.  

We have recruited IT people from Developers through to the Head of Cyber Security, we have recruited HR people, Marketing & Comms people, Sales people, Fundraising people, Nurses & Allied Health staff, Admin people and Executive Management in industries including Financial Services, Information Technology, Logistics, Health Services and the Not For Profit Sector. In doing so we have generated large donations for NFPs including ARRCS, Yfoundations, Pathfinders, HammondCare, The Australian Red Cross and AAPS.

The largest impact we have had to date is generating $130,000.00 in donations for HammondCare Darlinghurst to build an aged care facility to cater for Sydney’s aging homeless population – Now that is seriously cool!
